Pretoria Boys High School enrolls over 1,500 students, including 300 boarders, from South Africa and abroad. The school is supported by a dedicated team of over 100 full-time staff.

The campus features three boarding houses, academic facilities which include 30 classrooms, computer laboratories, a library and a music centre. The school boasts an impressive array of sporting amenities such as a cricket oval with a pavilion, rugby fields with a pavilion, a hockey astro-turf, basketball courts, an athletics field, tennis courts, squash courts, swimming and water polo pools, soccer fields, and a shooting range.

The recently modernised main school hall serves as the hub for school activities. Additional facilities include a tuck shop, a sanatorium and wellness centre, and a school clothing store.
